Footnotes

The Ref.6536 was produced by Rolex for 4 years at the end of the 1950's. It is defined by its gloss black dial with gilt signature and minute track, echoed in colour by the gilt hands. The 6mm crown has no crown guards at this period giving it the distinct silhouette of the early submariners.
