1. DEZALLIER D'ARGENVILLE, ANTOINE JOSEPH. La Theorie et la Pratique de Jardinage.... The Hague: Pierre Husson, 1750. 2 volumes. 4to. 38 plates, woodcut illustrations in text. Contemporary tan calf gilt with 5 raised bands, modern clamshell box. Joints cracked, old library bookplates on front-paste-downs, a few ink stains. Fine, dark impressions of the plates.
2. BENOIT-LÉVY, GEORGES. Cités-jardins. Nice: 1932. Large 8vo. Contemporary basketweave spine and geometric patterned boards, matching slipcase, original wrappers bound in. Some creasing to wrappers. Number 2 of 10 copies on hand-made papier de Montval.
3. FOUQUIER, MARCEL. De l'Art des jardins du XVe au XXe siecles. Paris: Emile-Paul, 1911. Folio. Numerous phototype illustrations. Contemporary quarter vellum and boards, publisher's pictorial front wrapper bound in. Binding darkened, slight chipping to spine.
4. LETH, HENDRIK DE. Het Zegenpralend Kennermerland vertoont in veele heerelyke gezichten van deszelfs voornaemste lustplaetzen.... Amsterdam: Jan Roman, [c.1729-1732]. 2 parts in 1 volume. Folio. 2 engraved frontispieces, folding map, and 100 engraved views on 50 leaves. Modern marbled-paper boards with black morocco lettering piece on upper cover. Some toning and spotting. Tall 8vo. 7 engraved plates and 8 illustrations in text. Contemporary brown boards, paper spine label, edges uncut, modern clamshell box. Joints cracking, rubbed, some light foxing to plates, ink institutional stamps on title.

Silver panel of portfolio cover worn, preliminary text leaves loose, some edge wear to plates, light toning. This volume is a record of the garden pavilion of the Paris 1925 Exposition des Arts Décoratifs.
