1. Rudiments of Ancient Architecture, Containing an Historical.... London: J. Taylor, 1810. 8vo. 11 engraved plates. Contemporary boards. Worn, original paper spine label worn but legible, front starting, ownership signature dated 1819, later bookplate on front paste-down. Fourth, enlarged edition, with a rare 12-page list of Taylor's architectural books bound in. Five editions appeared between 1789 and 1821 attesting to the passion for classical architecture.
2. FURIETTI, GIUSEPPE ALESSANDRO. De musivis. Rome: Jo. Mariam Salvioni, 1752. 4to. Title page in red and black with engraved vignette, 6 engraved plates (4 folding). Contemporary quarter vellum and boards, gilt lettering on spine. Fundamental history of mosaics from antiquity to the 18th century.
3. COLASANTI, ARDUINO. Le fontane d'Italia. Milan and Rome: Bestetti & Tumminelli, 1926. 306 photographic illustrations. Publisher's green cloth, black lettering pieces printed in gilt. Spine sunned, slightly rubbed, minor toning. Number 658 of an unstated limitation.
