SECOND EDITION of Davis's memoir of travels in America 1798-1802. "Davis had much intercourse with Col. Burr, Jefferson, and others, concerning whom he gives many new facts" (Sabin 18851, for the 1803 edition). Sabin 18852 (giving the date of this edition as 1816).
