1. RUSH, BENJAMIN. 1746-1813. An Eulogium, Intended to Perpetuate the Memory of David Rittenhouse. Philadelphia: Ormond and Conrad, 1796.
8vo (227 x 150 mm). Contemporary pale blue wrappers. Upper wrapper detached, sunned, and chipped; offsetting and light chipping to title, light soiling.
FIRST EDITION. This eulogy was delivered before the American Philosophical Society by Rush in December, 1796. Among those in attendance were George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. Evans 31143.
2. Medical Inquiries and Observations upon Diseases of the Mind. Philadelphia: Kimber & Richardson, 1812. 8vo. Contemporary tree calf, ruled on spine, red morocco lettering piece. Rubbed, later armorial bookplate on front paste-down, ink dealer's notation on front free endpaper, foxing throughout. Provenance: Henry S. Otis, Exeter, NH (booklabel). FIRST EDITION, later issue, with section VIII beginning on p 62. Austin 1669
3. PRINGLE, JOHN. 1707-1782. Observations on Diseases of the Army. Philadelphia: Edward Earle, 1810. 8vo. Contemporary mottled calf, spine ruled in gilt with red morocco lettering piece. With notes by Benjamin Rush.
