8vo (206 x 125 mm). 19th century three-quarter brown morocco and marbled boards, spine with 5 raised bands, titled in gilt. Lower cover detached, upper joint cracked through, soiling and browning, library booklabel on front paste-down.

Originally published in London, as stated on the title page. It is considered likely that the text was written by Franklin's co-agent in London, Richard Jackson, although Franklin alone is credited as the author. Sabin 25513.
