The Anatomy of The Human Body. London: William Bolyer, 1741.
8vo (205 x 127 mm). Engraved frontispiece, 40 engraved plates. Rebacked, retaining contemporary calf covers ruled in gilt, modern custom clamshell case. Rubbed, corners bumped, margins trimmed, some touching plate headers.

Sixth edition, originally published in 1713. Cheselden was an anatomy professor in London, who used the camera obscura to produce his detailed and highly accurate drawings.
