A BENITOITE AND DIAMOND SNAKE RING

Designed with a line of round brilliant-cut graduated diamonds to the kite-shaped benitoite; estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.15 carats; size 6¾

Footnotes

Benitoite was first discovered in San Benito County, California, in 1906. Though there are several small-scale deposits of Benitoite worldwide, the only deposit capable of producing the special purplish-violet gemstone is in the Southern tip of San Benito Co., California. As this deposit is no longer actively producing Benitoite, this stone is exceedingly rare.
