Wear and soiling to covers, front hinge cracked and text block separating from spine, final leaf (HH8) laid down to a blank leaf, some stains and foxing.

Second edition, following the edition of 1558. Muntaner's medieval chronicle of the rulers of Aragon (James I and Alfonso IV) was written from his own recollections of first-hand experience.
