Les Celèbres Tapisseries de Raphaël d'Urbin, connües Sous le nom d'Arazzi, qui Sont au Vatican à Rome, au nombre de vingt pièces.... Rome: Ludwig Sommerau, 1780.
Folio (585 x 430 mm). Engraved title page and 20 engraved plates by Ludwig Sommerau, after tapestries designed by Raphael. Unbound, edges untrimmed. Some fingermarks to title page, some minor spotting and marginal soiling.

Sommerau's engravings depict tapestries designed by Raphael, and made between 1517 and 1521 in the workshop of Pieter van Aelst in Brussels. Originally made for the Sistine Chapel, the tapestries are now housed in the Vatican Library.
