4to. Lithographic frontispiece signed in pencil by Matisse, 6 illustrations designed by Matisse in text. Publisher's printed wrappers, original glassine dust-jacket, pages uncut. Light wear to glassine, adhesive label ("MATISSE") applied to spine of jacket, crease to half-title, light fingermarking and toning.

LIMITED EDITION, number 204 of 300 on vélin de Rives paper, signed by Matisse on the frontispiece in pencil, and by Tzara on the limitation page in ink.
