A 14K BI-COLOR GOLD, RUBY AND DIAMOND BROOCH, CIRCA 1945

The rose and white gold scroll brooch set with clusters of round and oval-shaped ruby cabochons, accented by round diamonds, measures 4 x 3 1/2 in.

Footnotes

Accompanied by a AGL Report numbered #CS 1076786, dated July 13, 2016, stating the rubies as natural corundum of Burmese origin with no gemological evidence of heat.

OVERALL CONDITION:
Metal tested for 14k gold; re-working from original retro brooch evident - clip finding not original, with one hook/catch, pin stem does not currently hold in catch; superficial wear in the form of minor scratches.
