The case with stepped concave cornice over stop-fluted brass-mounted canted corners over a flame-veneered door and tall base with applied panel and double-stepped plinth. The substantial 10 inch square silvered dial with outer minute track framing the large Arabic subsidiary seconds dial over a central signature James Bullock London and upward curving aperture displaying the Roman hours.
The single weight driven movement with tall shouldered plates united by six knopped pillars, with maintaining power and deadbeat escapement, the long steel crutch supporting a steel bar pendulum with large brass bob. Ticking, together with case key and brass weight .
