Bodo Bleß (1940-2022) collection, Berlin, formed from ca. 1960 onwards.

The horizontal bands of text recording the owner's name as Psamtek, called Iahmes, born to Bastet-irdis. There are other examples shabtis for this owner in the British Museum, acc. nos. EA8974-77. See also lot 307, a shabti for the same owner from a different mould.
