Bonfils, Felix (1831-1885)

Photograph album, Album, reddish-brown morocco over cushioned covers, elaborately gilt, 36 stiff pages with albumen prints mounted to recto and verso, page edges gilt. Most prints are full-page, a few are smaller, with four to a page. Depicting the Holy Land, Syria, Constantinople, and Athens, the images are captioned either in print on the photos themselves or in ink on the mounts (some staining to covers, some chipping to page edges not affecting photos, some pages loose). 11 x 15 in.,
