PAGINATION: (18)+ii pp. ILLUSTRATIONS: Sixty-six 5 x 7 inch silver prints tipped in, two to a leaf. BINDING: Dark maroon linen sides, dark red morocco or roan spine, five raised bands, gilt lines; title and date in gilt in four of the spine panels. Kienbusch arms stamped in gilt on upper inner portion of the front cover (on the leather). Marbled endpapers and fly leaves. PRINTER: None; these are carbon copies of a typescript, N. p. [New York City], 1954
