PAGINATION: (iv)+5-240 pp. ILLUSTRATIONS: Frontisp. and 73 halftones, mostly two to a page, from photos by the author. BINDING: Deluxe edition: marbled paper sides, polished calf spine and corners, top edge gilt. Title and author gilt stamped on spine, spine with raised bands.
