Japanned sheet iron box with soldered folded and rolled edges, black ground covering exterior, with front panel decorated in red and white floral motif with white-ground frieze above, lid and sides outlined with bronze feather and swag borders, 25cm wide, 15cm deep, 17cm high (10in wide, 6 3/8in deep, 7 1/2in high).
