Autograph manuscript, 24 leaves wove paper, including nine full-page ink and watercolor illustrations with pasted captions, unbound, with original lacing holes in the margins.
Relates an original story in verse about cats attending a party, with precise and detailed reference to their interior furnishings: the cats groom at the mirror, perform on a Doane-brand piano-forte, play cards, and share a meal of mice around the dinner table, (unbound, minor toning), 25cm wide, 27cm high (10 7/8in wide, 11 3/8in high).
