Sarah Clarke was a noted buckle maker (GRIMWADE: 2493) so was adept at casting. The only mark entered for her is as a smallworker, 22 May 1765, and address noted 'in the Borough' (of Southwark). She appears as buckle maker, Southwark, in the Parl. Report list 1773, and Heal records her as goldsmith, 1777.
