the two female figures clad in elaborate floral and pastel enamel gowns, with skirted over-jackets, their elaborate coiffures with floral encrusted decoration, standing beside an oval floral garland encrusted plinth surmounted by a pedestal urn, a pair of love birds to their feet and an open letter, on oval naturalistic base with gilt moulded integral border, the underside with underglaze blue crossed swords mark, and incised number E.70, and numbered in gilt 2., 25.3cm high
