the swept angular cartouche case with draped urn finial with key handles flanked by two pairs of reeded columns with urn finials, the glazed lower section overlaid with fruiting laurel garlands, the acanthus scrolling swept lower section with stiff leaf and fruiting knopped terminal, the 11.5" painted Roman dial with outer Arabic five minute track and pierced hands, the twin train movement striking on a bell, with key and pendulum, 115cm high overall approximately including finial
