1 5/8 in., .46 caliber blued barrels with engraved muzzles, mounted on round brass box lock frames with foliate engraved decoration and hidden blued steel triggers, the left side of the frame engraved "W&S ROOKE," the underside with post-1813 Birmingham view and proof marks; blued steel hammers with scale and cross hatch engraving, blued and leaf engraved sliding safety bolts, and hinged and blued cap covers; walnut grips with fine checkering, small rectangular thumb pieces, and brass lion's face butt caps with traces of gilding.
