9 in., .60 caliber octagon to round barrel with slightly flaring muzzle and wedding band transition, the breech engraved decoration, private Tower of London-style proof marks on the left flat, the top engraved "G. Wallis Hull"; straight double-bridle flat lock with engraved border decoration, stepped and engraved tail, and engraved "G/Wallis" below the pan, large roller bearing on the steel, sear and tumbler are blued, inside edge of the steel and rear side nail have "III" assembly numbers; walnut stock with shell carved plateau around the breech plug tang, and assembly number "III" in the rammer channel; steel furniture including butt cap with floral engraving and long ears, trigger guard with engraved acorn finial and floral device on the bow, oval thumb piece, foliate engraved side plate with pointed tail, barrel form rammer and entry pipes; wood rammer with bone tip.
