A rare Sèvres rhyton cup, circa 1822

Modelled as a rhyton, or cornucopia with a gilt biscuit bull's head base, the platinum decorated horn with a classical gilt moulded border to the flared egg-and-dart moulded gilt rim, 13.5cm high, interlaced LL monogram enclosing a fleur-de-lys/Sevres/1822(?) stencilled in blue, incised SB or JB and 11 - dz(?) (restoration to rim, extensive rubbing to platinum)
