Please note that this lot is offered together with a framed, signed, inscribed and dated label, which reads: 'Queen Alexandra sighed, she was feeling lonely - her children, so happy in those young far-off days. Now they were gone their several ways. Her dear son George, was now the King of a large Empire and could not always spare the time to come to Sandringham to see his mother. Today a great longing came over her for her beloved Denmark, so putting on her hat she called her little dog, 'Come', she said 'We will walk in the meadows, you and I, and see the wide sky which is just like Denmark and the year was 1908 Helen Layfield Bradley 1975'.
