Centring an oval-shaped blue sapphire to openwork shoulders set with marquise-cut diamonds, between rows of round brilliant-cut diamonds, estimated total diamond weight 0.90 carats, mounted in 18ct gold, gross weight 5.90 grams, ring size L.
