The cushion-shaped blue sapphire, weighing approximately 2.00 carats, within a brilliant-cut diamond halo surround, between similarly-cut diamond shoulders, estimated diamond weight 0.35 carats, mounted in gold, gross weight 3.5gm, ring size M.

23% on the Hammer Price
