The wide gold band collet-set with an oval-shaped blue sapphire and gypsy-set with round brilliant-cut diamonds, estimated diamond weight 0.15 carats, mounted in 18ct gold, gross weight 16.10gm, ring size N1/2.

23% on the Hammer Price
