Suspending an articulated oval South Sea pearl, measuring approximately 14.0mm, with diamond-set cap, the surmount of Russian inspiration, composed of a mother-of-pearl plaque within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, accented by a single rose-cut diamond, maker's mark, mounted in 18 carat white gold, maker's pouch and certificate, length 4.5cm
