Provenance: Winifred S. Jonas, ENIAC/EDVAC/ORDVAC programmer at BRL.

RARE U.S. Army publication by Dr. Herman Goldstine, then at Princeton's Institute of Advanced Study, on the Army's computing needs, which were largely driving the development of the industry at the time. No other copies located.
