1. GOLDSTINE, ADELE K. Report on the ENIAC. Technical Report I, Volume I [Volume II]. Philadelphia: University of Pennsylvania, Moore School of Electrical Engineering, 1946. 2 volumes. 4to. Publisher's printed wrappers, 3-hole punched and bound with metal report fastener. Light soiling and wear.
2. HUSKEY, HARRY D. Report on the ENIAC. Technical Report II. Philadelphia: University of Pennsylvania, Moore School of Electrical Engineering, 1949. 4to. Publisher's quarter cloth ad printed gray wrappers, bound with staples, later adhesive tape reinforcement to spine. Soiling, creasing and wear, ink stamps and markings to front wrapper, including 2 "RESTRICTED" stamps, both lined out.
Provenance: Winifred S. Jonas, ENIAC/EDVAC/ORDVAC programmer at BRL.

The complete Technical Report of the first electronic computer. From the preface: "The Technical Description is intended for those who wish to have a general understanding of how the ENIAC works, without concerning themselves with the details of the circuits; it assumes no knowledge of electronics or circuit theory. Part II is intended for those who require a detailed understanding of the circuits." The Technical Report includes a detailed overview of the system including a brief overall description, the components, programming, general operational details, the various circuits, various problems and examples, the IBM punch card reader system, the master programmer and even demonstration programs.
