Circular, chiseled in positive openwork and with details in kebori (hairline chiseling) with a chrysanthemum plant, signed on both sides of the seppadai Bushu no jū Akasaka Tadatoki saku (Made by Akasaka Tadatoki of Musashi Province); with a Hozon Tōsōgu (Sword Fitting Worthy of Preservation) certificate # 457856 issued by the Nihon Bijutsu Tōken Hozon Kyōkai (Society for the Preservation of the Japanese Art Sword) dated April 30, 2009, and with a wood storage box (2)
