Mutsumokkō (six-lobed) with six inome (heart-shaped) piercings, the hammered iron ground worked in brass inlay with hawks' feathers and karakusa arabesques; with a Tokubetsu Hozon Tōsōgu (Sword Fitting Especially Worthy of Preservation) certificate # 2005312 issued by the Nihon Bijutsu Tōken Hozon Kyōkai (Society for the Preservation of the Japanese Art Sword) dated February 22, 2019, and with an inscribed wood storage box (2)
