KAMEHAMEHA IV FUNERAL.

Order of Procession for the Funeral of the Late Majesty Kamehameha IV. Honolulu: Chamberlain's Office, January 28, 1864.
Broadside (683 x 305 mm). Browned, some wear and loss to edges.

Lists in exacting detail the order of the funeral procession for King Kamehameha IV from the artillery and Undertaker to the King, through to the large kahilis that proceeded and followed his casket, and including the "Hawaiian population generally" that brought up the rear. Forbes describes this item as "the most elaborate of all the royal funeral broadsides" (Forbes 2592).
