TWO SHIWAN POTTERY FIGURES

20th century
Comprising two figures of standing immortals, the first modeled with gray hair and beard and dressed in a blue-glazed flowing robe, the left hand holding a staff; the second modeled with long hair and a bearded face, the voluminous folds of the long red-glazed robe opening to expose the emaciated chest, the left hand holding a tablet.

9 1/2in (24.1cm); 10in (25.4cm) high (2).
