Linocut in colors on laid Japan paper, signed, titled, annotated 'Handprint', 'USA' and 'Hellblau zu dunkel' (Royal Blue to dark), numbered 48/50 in pencil, printed by the artist, with full margins, framed.

Lill Tschudi was a key member of the Grovesnor School in London. Although she never visited the United States, she inscribed her print with the initials 'USA' perhaps alluding to American sailors on shore leave, a popular subject in films and musicals of the period.
