AN EDWARDIAN SILVER BLOTTER

William Comyns & Sons, London 1901
Pierced and embossed in the rococo style and mounted in green leather, the cover decorated with cherubs, flowers and scrolls, the central cartouche engraved with an elephant and the motto J'Avertis, 30cm high, an inkstand, Sheffield 1903, of shaped domed form, embossed with flowers and scrolls, 16cm diameter, a small Regency style inkstand, Sheffield 1917 and another, Sheffield 1903, together with a silver-mounted tortoiseshell page turner, the handle embossed with a hunter, London 1887.
