Three Meissen groups of putti, late 19th/early 20th century

After the 18th century models, one an allegory of astronomy with three putti holding astronomical instruments, the second an allegory of the fine arts with four putti sketching, playing music or similar, the third emblematic of geometry, on bases moulded with gilt-edged scrollwork, 11.8cm high, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, one incised cancellation mark to one and two cancellation marks to another, incised model numbers A12, 1684. and C.24 (small chips, minor losses and restoration) (3)
