Cut Signature ("Robt. N. Ford / Walsenburg /Colo"), on 1 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch sheet, laid down to mount, matted with portrait and framed.

Robert Ford is the "dirty little coward who shot Mr. Howard," the gang member who murdered Jesse James for the reward, but lived the rest of his short life in infamy.
