Three ivory figure netsuke
Edo period (1615-1868) to Meiji era (1868-1912), 19th century
Two of okimono-style; the first a group of men attempting to restrain a rearing horse, signed Rei[...], 5cm (2in) high; the second a procession comprising Shoki the Demon-queller, Raijin, Fujin, and another demon, signed Masaaki, 4.2cm (1 5/8in) high; the third a bathing priest with two demons, one scrubbing his back, unsigned, 4cm (1 9/16in) long. (3).
