A fine Birmingham or South Staffordshire enamel swan bonbonnière, circa 1760-70

Modelled as a swan nestled amongst grasses and reeds, with blue water below, the bird's feathers delicately picked out in grey, the hinged lid painted with a pair of swimming swans, the scene edged with colourful scrollwork, 7.3cm wide
