8vo (230 x 155 mm). 12 pp. Illustrated with tipped-in photogravure of "Crow Eagle--Piegan." Bound with string in blindstamped ecru wrappers. WITH: "In the Land of Apsaroke." Photogravure on tissue paper, 215 x 100 mm, laid down to mat 314 x 204 mm mount.
Provenance: Purchased by Dr. Billy Utley from Manford "Mag" Magnuson.

A rare form of Curtis's prospectus, this one with a presentation slip tipped to the inside front cover. The list of patrons mentions the Estate of Theodore Roosevelt, dating this edition to after 1919.
