  Memorabilia and Spares
  For Memorabilia and Spares (Lots 101-238) the Buyers Premium is 27.5% on the first £10,000 of the hammer price; 25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £10,000 up to and including £450,000; 20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £450,000 up to and including £4,000,000 and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,000,000.

  Motorcycles
  For Motorcycles (Lots 1-75 & 301- 527) the Buyers Premium will be 15% on the first £500,000 of the Hammer Price of each Lot, and 12% on the balance thereafter.

  Buyers attention is drawn to Condition 7 of the Notice to Bidders. VAT at the standard rate is payable on the Premium by all Buyers, unless otherwise stated.

  POST SALE COLLECTION AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

  Motorcycle Spares and Memorabilia (Lots 101 to 238)

  All purchased lots must be cleared from the sale venue by 7pm Sunday 10 October 2021. All un-collected purchased lots shall then be removed to Bonhams storage facility at:

  Lots will be available for collection from 10 am Thursday 14 October by appointment only.

  Please note Bonhams do not provide shipping neither do Bonhams pack lots. Should you wish to organize collection of your lots via a third party carrier, they must check and pack lots on your behalf upon collection.

  Shippers or Agents wishing to collect on behalf of the purchaser must provide written instruction from the client before Bonhams will release the lot(s). All purchases are at the buyers risk from the fall of the hammer.

  Storage Notices

  POST SALE COLLECTION AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

  Motorcycles (Lots 1 to 75 and 301 to 527)
  All purchased lots must be cleared from the sale venue by 7pm Sunday 10 October.

  Purchases can only be released once full settlement (inclusive of all charges) of all invoices issued to the buyer is received in cleared funds.

  Limited collection is available until 11am Monday 11 October, by appointment only, and purchasers must advise Bonhams Motorcycle Department via email no later than 7pm Sunday 10 October if they intend to collect Monday.

  Please email [email protected] with your collection or transport instructions as soon as possible following your successful bid.

  Failure to instruct Bonhams by the given time will result in your vehicle being uplifted to Moving Motorcycles Northamptonshire store at your expense.

  Buyers should satisfy themselves that they have collected all relevant logbooks, documents and keys relating to their Lot(s) at time of collection.

  Removal and Storage of Vehicles
  All Lots not removed in accordance with the above will be transported to Moving Motorcycles' Northamptonshire storage facility.

  Transport and Shipping

  Representatives of Moving Motorcycles and Shippio will be at the Sale and can arrange national and international transportation as agent for the Buyer or the Seller (as the case may be).

  *	Import low rate
  	VAT on imported items at a preferential rate of 5% on Hammer Price and the prevailing rate on Buyer's Premium.
  N	NOVA declaration
  	MOTORCYCLESIf purchased by a UK resident, this machine is subject to a NOVA declaration, whilst the responsibility of submitting the NOVA rests with the Buyer to do so, Bonhams will facilitate the process by engaging an agent (SHIPPIO) to undertake the NOVA and C88 (customs) application if applicable on the Buyer's behalf. A fee of £125 + VAT to do so will be added to the Buyer's invoice. CARSIf purchased by a UK resident, this machine is subject to a NOVA declaration, whilst the responsibility of submitting the NOVA rests with the Buyer to do so, Bonhams will facilitate the process by engaging an agent (CARS) to undertake the NOVA on the Buyer's behalf. A fee of £250 + VAT to do so will be added to the Buyer's invoice.
  NMT	New Means of Transport
  	Motor vehicle lot originates from or is registered in another EU member state and has travelled less than 6,000km from new. Accordingly HMRC and the DVLA classify such machines as "New Means of Transport" under the Nova Scheme and are subject to VAT at 20% on the hammer price.
  Ω	Import high rate
  	VAT on imported items at the prevailing rate on Hammer Price and Buyer's Premium.

  	£30 + VAT uplift and storage at £6 + VAT per lot per day.
