A fine Barr, Flight and Barr vase, circa 1810

Of large size, with entwined snake handles picked out in gold, their heads resting on a rim applied with white 'pearls', painted with a colourful still life of shells and seaweed arranged on a fluted column, probably by John Barker, the pale salmon-coloured ground edged with gilded neoclassical borders, 20.6cm high, script marks referring to Coventry Street address

Footnotes
