A rare Clichy faceted garlanded flat bouquet paperweight, circa 1850

The central posy or nosegay set with three tiny canes as flowers on a bed of four pointed leaves, within an outer garland of six oversized green pastry mould canes alternating with groups of four pink pastry mould canes, all set on an upset muslin ground above a bed of horizontal latticinio cable, cut with a small top window and two rows of six side printies, 6.9cm diam, 5.2cm high

Clichy only made a small number of flat bouquet weights, but examples on upset muslin grounds are rare.
