Under the creative direction of Kim Jones, the Louis Vuitton x Supreme collaboration unveiled in 2017 is considered one of the most important collaborations between high fashion and streetwear brands. 'The collection is inspired by the glory days of New York artists...like Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol.' said Jones. The collaboration produced some of the most sought after and collectable pieces including the signature Malle Courrier trunk in bold red and white box monogram, which can be seen as an embodiment of brand history and pop culture.
