John Paul Jones: A Tour Used Blue Computer Flight Case,

circa 1990's-2000's,
the blue metal flight case sprayed in stencil J.P. JONES, with numerous freight stickers applied to the exterior for international airports in Europe, North America and Asia, with removable lid and butterfly latches, wheels and travel handle, 23 1/4in x 21in x 11 1/2in (59cm x 53.5cm x 29.5cm)

Acquired from Manson's Guitar Shop in Exeter.
The flight case was likely used on John Paul Jones' world tour promoting his debut solo album Zooma (1999), which included performances in the UK, United States, Canada, and Japan. After a second solo album in 2001 titled The Thunderthief, Jones continued to perform and record with acts including Them Crooked Vultures and Seasick Steve.
