Footnotes

For her turn in the 1996 revival of Bertolt Brecht's classic play, Diana Rigg was nominated for an Olivier and won an Evening Standard Theatre Award for Best Actress. The present certificate is one of four Olivier nominations for theatrical performances during the 1990's.
