An Orpheus by Lazarus van der Borcht is mentioned in the inventory of Anna de Schot on 21 April 1663 (see: J. Denucé De Antwerpsche "Konstkamers"; inventarissen van kunstverzamelingen te Antwerpen in de 16e en 17e eeuwen, Amsterdam, 1932, p. 238).
